And you may find yourself… asking what coaching is…
But really, what exactly is coaching?
Coaching is a tool
It’s a tool for turning possibilities into realities.
It is about creating change. Any kind of change. Change in your mind, body, spirit, in your understanding, in your way of being, in what you have.
It can be used to figure out what you want, how to go after it, the actual going after it, and then the noticing when you’ve actually gone and done it (a critical step we often miss!).
It can be used for anything. ANYTHING.
As long as that anything is a change you would like to make.
Want to change your thinking? Want to change the way you feel? Want to be something or someone different, more blank, less blank…
Want to find yourself? Want to have a different job? Want to like your job more?
Want to be a better human?
Seriously. Anything.
Think big or small. Tiny shifts. Monumental shifts.
Hand-holding, accountability, sounding boards, brainstorm partners, idea generation – coaching’s got it!
Coaching makes change possible and attainable. For anyone. That includes you! Yay!
You can have what you want.
You can make the changes you want.
It is possible.
Sometimes we need help getting where we want to go. And that’s okay.
A coach is a great way to get you to what you want. Without the pesky and sometimes derailing input of those around us.
Your coach is someone you can depend on. Someone who is in your corner, helping you take on everything that comes your way and helping you get/be/have/feel/think the way you want.
You don’t have to do it alone.
